BEARING
The shaft is set in self-aligning locating bearing
of 3" thrust bearing.
INSULATION
The digester shall be insulated with 2" Rockwool
and finished with G22 Aluminium sheet cladding.
STEAM
INJECTION
Direct steam injection shall be provided at the
lower part of the digester to raise and maintain
the temperature of the mash at 95 - 105 degree
Celcius.
WEAR-LINER
A layer of replaceable wear-liner
for the digester wall and the bottom plate shall
be provided. These shall be of mild steel material
and shall be of 9mm thick.
DISCHARGE
CHUTE
The discharge chute shall
be made of mild steel and the front portion of
the chute shall have a large sight glass made
of perspex sheet. The discharge door shall be
operated by rack and pinion gear.
FLUID
COUPLING (OPTIONAL)
Fluid coupling is optional
item and shall be incorporated upon request prior
to confirmation of order.
